Bollywood beauty Rani Mukherjee is loosing her weight for her next film. She has selected Satyajit Chourasia for this and Satyajit was also the trainer of Aamir Khan. She is loosing weight to play the role of sportsperson.
When media asked about her day’s-routine then he said, “in the day exercise, Rani does yoga as well as weight training regularly. Along with this, she also does floor exercise and freehand exercise. She has divided her work into two schedules. she can’t do heavy weight but she tried her best by doing loose weight training.”
Then media asked some questions regarding her diet then he said that for a proper diet there should not have any oily food. The diet of one does depend upon his/her DMRE and metabolism structure. Every individual have different balance diet. So we prepare balance diet for Rani too. In her diet we fixed 45% carbohydrate, 40% protein and 15% fats. The diet, which we prepare for Rani does not include sugar and maida flour and oil is allowed only one tablespoon. We don’t allow for any sweet to her.
Further he said that we can look the effect of this diet in the song of film Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi in which she is looking slim as compared to earlier.very soon she will be look in Yash Raj’s next named Cricket. In this film, she will act as a player.
