The hot and sexy Deepika Padukone has been recently nominated for the international film festival awards ceremony. The most surprising news is that she is the only lady from the Indian cinemas to be nominated for the international film festival .
Her work in Chandni Chowk To China opposite Akshay Kumar has been appreciated in Hongkong and this beautiful lady has been satisfied with her work in this film after receiving such appreciation.
She has done wonderful work in the film because of her magical work, she is able to get an honour to be nominated for the best actress award at the 33rd Hongkong international film festival.
This film festival is going to start from March 22 to April 13. This festival will select 300 films from 50 countries.
One more Indian, who is none other than A. R Rahman from Indian cinema to be nominated for the International film awards for his composition in ‘Jodhaa Akbar’
Happy Deepika after getting such a great honor said , “ this film not done well in Indian cinema and it is proud for us to be liked outside India and get nominated for the international awards. In this film, I was in the Chinese dress-up and this may be reason for liking me for this award. Lastly she said ,” whatever may be the reason, but I am very happy after selecting for such a great honor.”
