In bollywood, as we know it is common to change the look for performing a particular role. Till now this experiment was limited up to men of the bollywood. It has become the interest of the bollywood stars to change the look and maintain six or eight pack abs. Now bollywood actresss also taking interest to change her look. Hot Kareena Kapoor and Amrita Rao were some of the exemples who had already changed her look. So after these two actresses, now the cute Ayesha Takia also wants to change her look to feel better.

As per the reports, Ayesha has to face many difficulties while playing stunts for her forthcoming movie De-Taali. The movie demands some action scenes from the Ayesha but because of her weight she can’t do it well. So she needs to change her size.

Ayesha Takia has the option to follow Kareena who had been stopped eating to get the famous size zero.

This does not mean Ayesha also needs to maintain zero size but she needs to follow some yoga tips to perform action scenes perfectly. So little care regarding her health will pay her a lot in long run.
